It may sound easy - to flip a property, but what does it actually mean? Flipping is a term that is used to describe the whole process of purchasing an asset, usually real estate, and selling it for a profit. It is nothing more than a "residential redevelopment". This kind of strategy most commonly involves buying a building at a discount, as a fixer-upper or foreclosure, rehabbing the property, and selling it out for more than invested.
